In accordance with State and Federal guidelines, Communities Connected for Kids conducts competitive procurements for new programs and services. To ensure a fair and transparent process, all requests for proposals, intents to negotiate, and requests for information are posted here and are open to the public. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in our procurement process.
Communities Connected for Kids, Inc. is accepting quotes for Adoption legal services. We are seeking providers who have experience performing the following adoption services/tasks:
- SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
The SERVICE PROVIDER shall be responsible for providing adoption finalization services to children and families engaged with CCKids in Circuit 19 (Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, & Okeechobee Counties).

- Service Tasks List & Limits
The SERVICE PROVIDER shall perform the following actions including, but not limited to:
- Review adoption packet
- Prepare petition for adoption
- Prepare UCCJAÂ affidavit
- Review Home Study and Order of Termination of Parental Rights
- Prepare civil cover sheet for filing with Clerk of Court
- Prepare Notice of Companion Case report for filing with Clerk of Court
- Prepare Notice of Hearing
- Prepare Final Judgment of Adoption
- Prepare birth certificate form and check for new birth certification
- Attend Final Hearing on Adoption
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as necessary such as phone calls, travel, mailings, etc. pertaining to the case
